Licensing Assistant Compensation 

Pay – $25 hourly

Licensing Assistant Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Must be detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in work. Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – 1+ years of experience in permitting and licensing

Licensing Assistant Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and submission of licensing applications and renewals. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary documentation. Maintain and update licensing records in databases and tracking systems. Conduct preliminary research on licensing requirements for new projects or products. Monitor license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid compliance issues. Support the licensing team in preparing reports on license status, compliance, and other metrics. Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies or clients regarding licensing matters. Stay up-to-date on changes in licensing regulations and industry standards. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings related to licensing
