The Licensing & Compliance Manager will own prioritizing licensing needs to support a broad set of service installations, responsible for acquiring and maintaining licenses for a region as needed. This person will hold one or more General Contractor (GC) licenses and maintain knowledge of state and municipal jurisdictions that they oversee. They will perform compliance audits and to acquire additional GC licensing as needed.

Key job responsibilities
- Research state and regional legal requirements for sub-contracting home services and installations.
- Complete all local and legal requirements to acquire and maintain sub-contracting licensing standards within a region of the US.
- Contribute and enable service program support across multiple product categories and regions, including the scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, recommendations and presenting licensing requirement results to senior management.
- Up to 50% travel required.
