The Licensing Clerk performs a wide range of tactical administrative support activities for processing applications, reviewing licenses, submitting forms, and communicating with internal and external individuals. You will work on assignments and tasks complex in nature, requiring considerable good judgment, good communication skills, and absolute confidentiality and initiative. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct initial research of requirements for store licensing including, communicating with regulatory agencies to understand requirements and timelines for permits and applications Prepare applications for licenses, permits, and certifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required paperwork Track the status of permits and license applications, follow up, and escalate any issues or delays accordingly Maintain organized records of all permits and licenses, including, reviewing license renewals and payment for accuracy or changes Communicate effectively with federal, state, and local governments on requests and/or issues Maintain daily reports on licensing projects, completion, and input information into our tracking software (Agiloft), and produce reports as needed Provide support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries and assisting with resolving issues Additional responsibilities as assigned Adheres to all company policies and proceduresQualifications: Education
A High School Diploma/GEDQualifications: Experience
1+ years in a licensing coordinator or administrative role preferred Experience with permitting and licensing preferred Experience with Microsoft Office SuiteQualifications: Competencies
