As a Licensing Coordinator, you are responsible for understanding licensing practices and maintaining corporate licensure to ensure licenses remain in overall good standing. You must have superb communication skills, strong organizational skills, and be detail oriented. Critical for success are the abilities to problem solve, multitask, prioritize, and project a professional image.

What it takes:
Associate's degree and 3+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Research and document required operational licenses for company-related licensing and bidding purposes. Review state statutes and regulations to determine appropriate licenses to obtain Complete municipal and state business license applications; gather necessary supporting documents and signatures Prepare contractor license applications with supporting documentation, arrange study materials, and schedule exams for qualifying individuals Coordinate with legal team and operational groups to identify required licenses and manage the application process from beginning to license issuance Experience with engineering or electrical licenses (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
