As a Licensing Specialist within Asset and Wealth Management as a part of the US Private Bank, you will ensure strict adherence to the firm’s risk and controls policies while managing all aspects of licensing administration and documentation. You will monitor and report candidate study progress, identify performance gaps, and develop tailored solutions to support candidates through their licensing journey. Regular one-on-one engagement, coordination of exam scheduling, and partnership with the JP Morgan Securities Registration for U4 completion are key components of your role. You will facilitate program overview sessions, maintain readiness trackers, and provide senior leadership with comprehensive reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to performance statistics and Management Information Systems reporting, efficiently manage multiple priorities, and execute seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the process.
Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to and maintain the firm’s risk and controls policies and procedures.Maintain robust administration and documentation of licensing progress and completions.Report candidate study progress to provide full visibility of all candidates’ status for required licensing exams.Identify critical performance gaps for licensing candidates and propose creative, individualized solutions.Hold regular 1:1s (in person or via email) with licensing candidates to support their progress.Partner with JPMS Registration to ensure proper U4 completion, including follow-ups and escalations.Coordinate with candidates to ensure exam dates are scheduled once exam windows are open.Facilitate program overview sessions for licensing participants.Maintain trackers and provide reporting to senior leadership on candidate readiness.Contribute to licensing performance statistics and MIS reporting to assess impact against business metrics.Seamlessly execute end-to-end onboarding tasks for new hires in the U.S. Private Bank and perform other duties as required.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2+ years of professional experience; Financial Services industry Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite and Microsoft SharePointResourceful, proactive learner who possesses an excellent work ethic and performs well under pressure in a dynamic environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control with limited supervisionEffective communicator with ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams Detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skillsExceptional interpersonal skills including high emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues at all levelsEnthusiasm for the business and eagerness to work on any task that will add value.
