Job Description
We are seeking an experienced legal analyst to join our Law & IP Unit in California. The ideal candidate will primarily support the areas of corporate licensing and must have significant prior experience either in-house or at a law firm. The candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate licensing agreements.Provide support for various regional and departmental projects.Communicate and coordinate with clients.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program, or JD, are desirable.Experience in corporate law.Ability to work independently and proactively day-to-day with minimal supervision.Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.Project management experience.Strong time management skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to understand and work with different computer databases and support e-discovery.Additional Skills & QualificationsAdministrationData entryLegal administrativeLicensing and litigationCorporate lawParalegal skillsWork Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
