Job Requirements REQUIRED: master’s degree in social work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education; at least two years of post master’s degree social work experience; licensure at the LICSW level in Massachusetts; Understanding of the full range of developmental and mental health challenges affecting late adolescents and young adults. Evidence of the provision of culturally informed mental health care, and attunement to the manifestations of psychological problems across different cultural backgrounds, identity configurations, and genders.
