• Directamente responsable de toda la organización, coordinación y evaluación de recursos humanos (HR) en Planta.
• Mantiene y mejora los programas y políticas incluyendo a personal, compensación, beneficios, inmigración, relaciones con los empleados, capacitación dando dirección y motivación para todo el departamento.
• Entiende y se comunica con el departamento, el personal y la administración de las relaciones laborales, la Ley Federal del Trabajo Mexicana, tácticas de retención, y otros en planta.
• El líder de Excelencia Operacional es un miembro del grupo directivo que facilita la definición e implementación de la visión del negocio. Esta persona tiene la responsabilidad de dirigir todos los elementos necesarios para conducir a la organización a tener resultados financieros y operativos de excelencia. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a, la identificación de oportunidades de mejoramiento, el entrenamiento a líderes y el uso efectivo de los índices clave de desempeño. Enlace entre el grupo gerencial local y grupo corporativo de Excelencia Operacional.
• Directly responsible for the overall organization, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resource (HR)in the plant.
• Maintain and enhance the organization's HR Department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices, including, but not limited to, staffing with the best talent, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety.
• Provides purpose, direction, and motivation to the entire Department. Understands and communicates with department, staff and management on the labor relations, Mexican Federal Labor Law, retention tactics, and others in the plant.
• The ODCI leader is a member of the steering group who facilitates the definition and implementation of the business vision. This person has the responsibility of directing all the elements necessary to lead the organization to have financial and operational results of excellence. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying improvement opportunities, training leaders, and effectively using key performance indices. Liaison between the local management group and the corporate Operational Excellence group.

Es responsable de coordinar las actividades para contratar al personal directo, Indirecto y salary.Responsible to coordinate all activities to hire new direct, Indirect and salary people.Es responsable de asegurarse que la nomina se haga los Lunes y se envie a tiempo para que Javid pueda pagar en tiempo y forma, asi como todos los reportes requeridos por JavidResponsible to make sure payroll is done every Monday and sent to Javid to proceed with payment on time, as well as  all reports required by Javid.Proporciona el entrenamiento teorico y practico necesario al personal directo de acuerdo a las instrucciones de trabajo en cada área asi como asegurarse de la curva de aprendizaje durante la primer semana de contratacion..Provide training theorical and practice to all direct labor according to job instructions in each áreas, as well make sure learning curve is achieve during first week after hire.Establece en planta un proceso de on-boarding para el nuevo personal de RH y asegura que han completado su entrenamiento.Establish in the plant an on-boarding process for all newly hired HR staff and ensure they have completed their required training.Planea, organiza y controla todas las actividades de RH para mejorar el ambiente laboral asi como los eventos sociales planeados cada mes.Plan, organizes and controls all activities in HR to improve work environment, as well all social evento planned every month.Desarrolla, mide, implementa y ejecuta los planes de acción para mantener el % de ausentismo y rotación por debajo de las metas planeadas requeridas por Watts.Develop, measure, implement and execute actions plan to keep absenteeism and turnover % below target required by Watts.Trabaja en planta con equipos legales para reducir y limitar todas las demandas potenciales y orientar sobre las mejores prácticas para evitar demandas,Work in the plant with legal teams to reduce and limit all potential lawsuits and educate on best practices to avoid lawsuits.Balancea en planta la carga de trabajo entre cada equipo y trabajar en tácticas para elevar la moral y los espíritus de los empleados, formando un ambiente de trabajo en equipo.Balance work load in the plant between each established team and work on tactics to raise morale and spirits, fostering a team work atmosphere.   Implementa cambios organizacionales estratégicos para aumentar la productividad y la satisfacción de los empleados, así como utilizar el análisis de datos para resolver problemas reales de RH en Watts.Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction, as well as use data analysis to solve real-world HR problems in Watts.. Establece una estructura de equipo funcional que sea capaz de entregar y cumplir con las expectativas establecidas por Watts.Establish a functional team structure that is able to deliver and meet the expectations set by Watts..Garantiza el cumplimiento de todas las leyes municipales, estatales y federales, también, siendo el ejemplo.Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws, and be the example.Administra y mantiene el presupuesto del Departamento RH en planta, reduciendo costos cuando sea posibleManage and Maintain the HR Department budget, reducing cost when able too in the plant. Planifica, dirige e implementa el desarrollo organización para los empleados directos e Indirectos de Watts en sus 4 niveles.Plan, lead and implement organizational develpment for all direct and indirect employees in Watts in all 4 levels.Asesora la definición de estructuras organizacional y la adecuación de los puestos de trabajo a ella.Advise the definition of organizational structures and the adequacy of jobs to it.Contacto principal con cafetería para asegurar un buen servicio a los empleados de Watts, pagos semanales, encuestas de satisfaccion y coordinar los planes de acción si son requeridos.Main contact with cafetería to make sure good service to all Watts’s employess, weekly payment, satisfaction survey and coordinate action plans if are required. Aplica el reglamento interior de trabajo a todos los asociados que no lo siguen.Apply internal work regulations to all associates who don’t follow it.Selecciona junto con MRO el transporte mas optimo para los empleados asi como el costo optimo para Watts.Work with MRO área to define the best company for transportation and the best cost for WattsDesarrolla y coordina el plan de desarrollo hacia la excelencia operacional del negocio alineado a los estándares corporativos (CIOS).Develops and coordinates the development plan towards operational excellence of the business aligned with corporate standards (CIOS).Asiste a los gerentes, líderes y Champions en la selección de proyectos de mejoramiento alineados a los objetivos SQDC y estrategias del negocio.Assists managers, leaders and Champions in selecting improvement projects aligned with SQDC objectives and business strategies.Asegura el seguimiento del programa de proyectos de ahorros y reducción de costos.Ensures monitoring of the savings and cost reduction project program.Responsable en la implementación del programa de mejoramiento continuo como Lean-Seis Sigma, desarrollo organizacional y técnicas de solución de problemas.Responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement program such as Lean-Six Sigma, organizational development and problem solving techniques.Entrena a empleados y líderes en metodologías de Lean y Seis Sigma procurando la creación de una cultura de mejoramiento continuo.Trains employees and leaders in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, seeking to create a culture of continuous improvement.Trabaja con el grupo gerencial local y corporativo en la implementación de un sistema de revisión de resultados, comunicación, y reconocimientos.Works with the local and corporate management group in the implementation of a results review, communication, and recognition system.Facilitador y líder en proyectos clave para el negocio.Facilitator and leader in key projects for the business.Sigue mecanismos para compartir conocimiento y mejores prácticas entre diferentes plantas de Watts y lideres en Watts.Follows mechanisms to share knowledge and best practices between different Watts plants leaders in Watts.
