Our agency is hiring a temporary Lien Release Specialist in Miami, 33138. This is a long term temporary project that offers full time hours. Pay is upt to $25.00/hr

This is a temporary project working on-site for a software development company. The software company focuses on the real estate industry, property management, associations, and debt collection companies.

This is an administrative role with clerical tasks. Duties will include reviewing potential liens and lien releases for accuracy, printing documents and scanning documents into an electronic filing system.

The ideal applicant will have worked in an Administrative or Legal Assistant role in the past. Prior industry experience in foreclosure, real estate, debt collection or similar area is ideal but not required.

Able to work on-site
Intermediate software/computer skills
Experience with residential lien releases
