Principal Responsibilities:
Provide service to Annuity or Life customers who possess a policy by responding to requests via telephone regarding insurance and other financial service products and benefit plansResearch and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy, for example, status of claims, policy provisions, values, basic procedures, etc.Process transactions and fund transfers and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas for processingEfficiently access multiple electronic systems to provide complete responseWork at all times to enhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and our insurance clientsSupport special campaigns as needed, or if solicited by the customerDXC associates are expected to perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and Quality service skillsRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma is required as minimum degree (diploma needs to be provided)An active FINRA Series 6 license is required for this position. Applicants without this license will not be considered1-2 years of Life Insurance and Annuities experience is requiredCall center experienced is requiredUnderstanding of insurance products as well as administrative, claims, underwriting and marketing organizations is requiredEmployment is contingent upon successfully completing required background checks and drug screenings, as mandated by client onboarding requirements. Candidates must be willing to comply with all such pre-employment screening processes, and employment is conditioned to successfully clearing all required checksOther Important Qualifications

This position is fully remote within the United States onlyHome base, remote – Laptop will be providedTraining: 5-6 weeks; typically, 8-4:30/5pm CST; M-FRegular work shift: Monday – Friday, core business hours are 7 30am to 6pm (8 hours shift)Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. The company does not provide sponsorship and cannot consider candidates on work visas or requiring future sponsorshipCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $35,000 - $65,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
