What the day will look like Reporting to the Head of Life Consulting (APAC), the role holder will be responsible for the delivery of client assignments in Aon’s Life Consulting business in the APAC region. This will include execution of key projects as well as building trusted relationships with our clients. Role requirements will include identifying key take to market propositions from a Life Consulting perspective as well as working with the Head of Life Consulting (APAC) and other senior Aon colleagues to identify opportunities to Deliver Aon United (“DAU”) to our clients to allow them to make better decisions. Who will I be working with and who will I be reporting to? Working primarily with Aon Strategy and Technology Group (“Aon STG”) colleagues you will identify technology, strategy and consulting implementation opportunities across Life Insurers, Reinsurers and other related parties, Wider opportunities to engage our clients with (for example) Human Capital and Reinsurance solutions will also be part of the role. You will be reporting to the Head of Life Consulting (APAC) and will work closely with the regional STG Technology sales teams as well as Life Reinsurance colleagues in Reinsurance Solutions. Local management support and leadership will also be provided by the STG APAC regional leader. Role is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from designated Aon office. There will also be significant opportunity to work with clients at their locations as and when required/preferred. You will be able to shape your working day as you deem appropriate to ensure we deliver maximum value to clients and develop colleagues and the Aon Life Consulting brand. It is expected that a typical day will involve preparing presentation and marketing materials liaising with existing and potential new clients; developing your internal network, (which will also identify further client opportunities) delivery of client engagements and projects working closely with other Life Consulting colleagues across all regions How this opportunity is different We are seeking a passionate Consultant to join our Aon Strategy and Technology Group (STG) Life Consulting team based in Hong Kong.
