Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and solving complex problems? In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing lifecycle performance by analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting critical dealer requests. You’ll collaborate across teams, respond to high-impact customer needs, and help shape the future of aftermarket services for essential mining equipment.
What You Will Do:
• Identifying, defining, and implementing integrated lifecycle solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities.
• Developing and analyzing data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating effective and efficient aftermarket solutions.
• Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
• Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets.
Education Requirement:
Degree or equivalent experience desired

Understanding of bill of materials (BOM) structure and maintenance.Strong customer focus and responsiveness to internal and external inquiries.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service-level KPIs (e.g., <20 open tickets/day, 85% resolved within 10 days).Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to engage across teams.Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.Familiarity with mining equipment or dealer support environments is a plus.Additional Details:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in either Tucson, AZ or South Milwaukee, WI.Relocation assistance is not available.Work authorization sponsorship is not offered.Travel is minimal, expected to be less than 10%.Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
