**Responsibilities/Job Description** + Coordinates leisure programs, activities, exercise classes, and special events for older adults in an assisted living residence + Encourages resident participation, reports changes in residents mood and physical status + Promotes independence and helps develop socialization + May help escort residents to activities outside of senior living community + Other duties as assigned by Activities Director **Qualifications** **Required:** + One year of experience in similar role - working with older adults, leading activities, or working in therapy/recreation role + Working knowledge of basic Microsoft application **Preferred:** + High School Diploma or GED + One to three years previous experience **Need help finding the right job?** We can recommend jobs specifically for you!
