Wage determinations will be based on similar experiences.

We are looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join the Ebenezer Team at our Martin Luther Care Center in Bloomington, MN. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate goal-oriented and therapuetic programs for all senior/adult residents. In addition, the role serves as a resource person for independent leisure pursuits. Enables residents to achieve optimal level of intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual potential.

Responsibilities/Job Description Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and conduct programs pertinent to the interests and needs of the individual residentMaintains compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medical record documentation and participationOther duties as assigned and advised Qualifications

Required:

Education: Associate (2 year) degree in business or healthcare-related area, OR High School diploma/GED and equivalent experience required.Current Driver’s License (in good standing)None to 1 YearBasic Computer skills and other office equipment

Preferred:
