Life Science Validation Engineer - 18 Months

As the Life Science Validation Engineer you will be responsible to develop and enforce the Quality Systems for life-science industry projects. The role requires someone who is prepared to be the Quality ‘voice’, and who will champion quality on projects as well as within the department.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Work with project teams to develop, for a given solution, standard methodologies for design and code review, implementation and testing;Review (and at times help to prepare) project Quality Plans, and other quality relevant documents, and ensure good communication to project team;Develop project document control procedures, train the team, implement in their use, assist in Project management reporting of quality records/statistics and work with manager to resolve individual project and company quality issues and perform quality training to engineers and managers on Project Quality.Provide compliance and risk management mentorship for projects to ensure consistency with compliance standards and the alignment of work; assist in developing project strategies to mitigate this risk and develop configuration and organizational change strategy with engineers, and carry out its use;Develop Overall Test Strategy with Lead Engineer. Perform training at the start of test phases, to ensure testers (including customers) understand their responsibilities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Technical degree or equivalent with up to 3 year experience with focus on the life-science industry and a consistent record, MES and/or Delta V experience would be a plus;Trained in ISO 9001 with auditor training represents an advantage;Experience in Quality Management and Quality Systems development, have good eye for detail and able to work accuratelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in English;

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Category experience with electronics is preferred. Confirmed experience in effectively handling, motivating, and developing teams is ideal. Advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.Our Offer to You
