About the Role

As the Senior Principal /Associate Director of Life & Wealth Management Strategy team, the jobholder is responsible for formulating wealth management propositions, driving business strategies, developing and executing sales & marketing campaigns, channel communication programs as well as managing strategic projects on High Net Worth (HNW) business and Unit Linked business (ULB).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive and lead the development of proposition strategies to achieve growth in financial performance for Life & Wealth Management business, with a focus on HNW and ULB segments.Identify and lead the onboarding of wealth management value-added services to enhance HNW and ULB ecosystem and uplift customer experience.  Drive and implement the development of distribution channels’ sales tools, channel contests, promotions, communication campaigns and monitor program results to achieve targets in ANP, case count, producer count and other KPIs as determined by senior management.Gather and consolidate market intelligence, channel feedback and sales insights through input from sales team and sales data analysis; translate insights into action plan.Develop strategies and action plans to enhance knowledge and competency of financial planners and partnership intermediaries through organizing upskilling events and seminars, as well as developing sales communication materials.Key liaison with relevant LUSEBs, act as POC for LUSEB members and prepare meeting documents.Coordinate and support wealth management and marketing events for sales channels and customers.Support the development and maintenance of internal and external marketing materials.  Compliance and Control: support on requests related to compliance and new regulatory implementation issueProvide coaching, training and development to the teamPerform any other duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 10 years sales experience of which 5-6 years in supervisory/managerial positions.Strong experience in channel marketing and communications to sales intermediaries. Sound knowledge on insurance products and wealth management solutions.Excellent communication skills and proven project management experience.Customer service focus with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).Possession of, or perusing related professional qualifications is preferable (e.g. CPA / STEP / CTP / IA Paper 1 &3).
