Job Description

 

We are looking for a Lifecycle/Email Operations Marketing Associate to be responsible for managing our brands’ email marketing campaigns, CRM strategy and automation processes, ensuring that all email communications are executed smoothly and effectively. This role plays a crucial part in driving customer engagement, regulatory compliance and retention, supporting both the Marketing and Inside Sales Teams. This role requires understanding of CRM best practices, email marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering data-driven solutions to enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled user of HubSpot who will be responsible for leveraging HubSpot’s tools to improve customer engagement, streamline workflows, and drive measurable results. This is a remote position.

 

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Execute, and optimize email communications within HubSpot, ensuring they are tailored to customer segments and aligned with business goals.Create personalized email templates, workflows, and automation sequences to improve customer retention, engagement, and conversion.Use A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting to refine email content, frequency, and targeting for maximum impact and analyze performance metrics. Evaluate competitors to optimize strategies.

Automation & Workflows:

Develop and manage HubSpot workflows to automate customer journeys and post-purchase communication and engagement.Implement automation strategies to increase operational efficiency and improve customer experience.Continuously analyze workflow performance and recommend improvements based on metrics and customer feedback.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns, CRM activities, and automation initiatives, providing insights and actionable recommendations.Analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize future campaigns and customer interactions.Work closely with the data team to measure the ROI of CRM and email marketing strategies.Manage customer retention performance reporting.

Hubspot Management

Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure clean and actionable data.Partner with the Business Intelligence and Engineering teams to maintain integrations between HubSpot and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.Ensure the marketing automation software is functioning optimally, troubleshoot any technical issues, and stay updated on new features or software upgrades to improve capabilities.

 

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field preferred.Experience: 2-3 years experience in email marketing or a related role. Proven experience in HubSpot is a must. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot tools (Marketing Hub, CRM, Email) Familiarity with other marketing tools, analytics platform, and integrations with HubSpot is a plus.Design Skills: Experience designing email templates and working with design teams to produce visually appealing, mobile-friendly assets aligned with brand standards.Analytical Mindset: Skilled in data analysis and comfortable with A/B testing methodologies to continuously optimize performance.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in configuring and executing campaigns, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Problem-Solver : Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with automation tools and adapt to changes or upgrades in software functionality.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and clear reporting.
