Lead the establishment and implementation of LCM COE: Establish lifecycle management COE to institutionalize external and internal best practices to maximize portfolio value across different life stages in the context of dynamic external environment and internal portfolio prioritization and evolution (e.g. launch excellence, private market, NRDL, VBP readiness)Define and establish launch excellence office for company China to deliver industry-leading commercial agility and launch capability by defining launch excellence according to different launch archetypes, key framework, toolkits and launch readiness processes and supporting launch planning for strategic productsLeverage China and global marketing excellence platform to upskill organization launch expertise and encourage best practices sharing across BUsSupport Company-level Strategy & Initiative Implementation:Lead planning, charter development and execution for assigned cross-functional strategic initiative to enhance key organizational capabilities and achieve organizational objectives in compliance with the company’s policies and local regulationsIdentify industry benchmark, key areas for improvement, define the appropriate solutions by collaborating with local cross-functional team and headquarters team to facilitate the localization of global marketing initiatives o best practicesDeliver strategically in the context of interdependencies across related initiatives and identify synergistic opportunitiesCandidate Requirement:
1.Education / Professional Certificate: Bachelor’s degree (Master or MBA is plus)2.Working Experience15+ years working experience in brand marketing in pharmaceutical industry and strategic departments or consulting firmFunctional experience: solid proven experience as a senior leader in marketing with successful launch experiences and managing products across lifecycles3. Professional knowledge and skillStrong learning agility and open-mindednessStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen, with ability to approach problems with right framework and structure and see the interdependency and connect the dotsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in complex environment, such as across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels and articulate case for change and proposalSkilled negotiator and change management facilitator; ability to drive change and influence decision making without position authorityProven project management capability: The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results within timelineStrong English communication skills (verbal or written) and PowerPoint proficiency is a mustCurrent Employees apply HERE
