Lifecycle Management Service Intern

Emerson is looking to add a Lifecycle Management Service Intern to our Round Rock, TX location.  We are looking for students who are interested in gaining real-world experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment. 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:  

Support the Lifecycle Consultants with tasks that will improve efficiency in producing Lifecycle Management Service reports to customers. Measure and report performance based KPIs from global sites, consistent with the LTSA terms to identify overall compliance to the agreements. Streamline reporting tools and data extracts used to generate lifecycle plans and quarterly management reports. Optimize templates used by Lifecycle Consultants and Factory Product Experts when preparing documentation for customer meetings. Help improve existing operational reports to effectively measure program value, profitability, and utilization of resources.

You identify and get to know your customers. You are able to define issues and map out a process. You capitalize on trends to shape future opportunities and treat mistakes as steppingstones and reduce risk by testing consequences. 

For This Role You Will Need: 

Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business  Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 

Previous internship experience in a professional environment Junior or Senior year  Basic foundation of Project Management Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills Innovative approach to problem solving
