The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will help support the Email Marketing team to plan, schedule, and execute timely email/SMS/push messages to our various audiences while collaborating with the Email team on email strategies and accurate execution of campaigns.
This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days in the Northbrook, IL office

Manage and maintain project schedules and track progress of all email/SMS/Push sends, from initial creative through to development and deploymentInitiate creative briefs for all email/SMS/Push campaignsRoute email/SMS/Push creative through stakeholder approval process and collaborate with Design team on changesReview all email/SMS proofs for content and design accuracyStay up to date on email/SMS/Push best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunitiesAssist in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize email/SMS channel performanceSupport the email marketing team with reporting for weekly/monthly/ad hoc campaign reportingAssist with the management of email/SMS/Push messaging calendar and schedule adjustmentsAssist Customer Service, Store Operations and IT teams with email related questions for addressing customer communication issues and troubleshooting email programsWhat you’ll bring to the table…
