EF Academy is a leading private boarding and day high school attracting students from around the world to our campuses in Pasadena (LA), New York, and Oxford (England). Reporting to the Director of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will help create compelling Lifecycle and CRM marketing strategies to engage and guide prospective students and families from discovery through enrollment and graduation.  What you'll do: Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Support the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, inspire and inform prospective students through targeted campaigns and journeysCRM & Data Management: Leverage customer data, segmentation and personalization to execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversionsProject Management: Manage lifecycle marketing initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while collaborating with a cross-functional team of stakeholdersCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with an international team of marketing, creative, technical and sales teams to deliver seamless, personalized experiences across touchpointsPerformance & Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance of email metrics, and provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion ratesContent Creation: Partner with creative and brand marketing to create engaging copy for emails, and write clear and actionable briefs to develop content that engages students and families throughout the customer lifecycleMarket Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date on industry trends to inform strategy and identify new opportunities

 

Who you are:2-4 years of experience in email, lifecycle marketing or related rolesHands-on experience using marketing automation tools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic international environmentPassion for education and commitment to EF Academy’s mission and values Who we are:
