You’ll be responsible for creating and writing email content, building and optimizing email flows in Marketo/HubSpot, and collaborating with marketing stakeholders and PMMs. A key part of this role is proactively engaging with the marketing team to gather content and ensure timely execution. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:** + Email Marketing & Automation – Plan, build, and execute email campaigns, including nurture flows, lead scoring, newsletters, email blasts, and event/webinar communications in Marketo/HubSpot. + Content Creation & Copywriting – Write compelling, education and conversion-driven email content, ensuring messaging aligns with business goals. + Content & Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with product marketing and regional teams to develop email plans & content, actively following up to ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals. + Lifecycle & Nurture Journeys – Design and implement evergreen nurture flows, automated customer journeys, and lifecycle campaigns across multiple touchpoints. + Segmentation & Data Management – Manage list uploads, audience segmentation, and database accuracy. + Reporting & Optimization – Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and insights. + Process & Platform Management – Ensure data accuracy and integration with CRM (Salesforce), manage workflow tracking on Monday boards. **Basic Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in email Marketing or lifecycle marketing. + 2 or more years’ experience creating and managing automated email flows, evergreen nurture campaigns, and customer journey communications. + 2 or more years’ Hands-on experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or similar ESPs. **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong email content creation and copywriting skills. + Knowledge of email best practices, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. + Salesforce CRM knowledge and experience. + Analytical skills – ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. **Travel required: None** We believe our people are the heart of our success. For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $70,000-$85,000 base salary, this number does not reflect eligible variable incentive pay.
