Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for Contract and Project order booking in IFS and SAP system.Help Project Manager and Team Lead to track the hardware delivery status.Arrange shipment to the site for projectProjectClosure in IFSDeal with Project Manager/Bank/Credit Control/Finance for order require Bank Guarantee (BG).Deal with Project Manager/Bank/Credit Control/Finance for order require Letter Of Credit (L/C).Liaise with Logistic Dept/Warehouse to arrange shipment to customer outside Singapore

Requirement:

- University education

- Proficiency in English language

- Experience in order processing, project administration or logistics.

- Ability to work independently.

- Experience in reporting remotely.

- Experience in managing multiple countries will be an advantage.
