**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our instrumentation services and technical capabilities
+ Identifying and generate new sales opportunities with our existing customers
+ Developing a growth strategy to expand customer business and develop your sales territory together with local sales organization and the account sales force, you will be developing a growth strategy to expand customer business and develop your sales territory
+ Building and maintaining relationships with customers
+ Understanding customer requirements and challenges, and effectively communicating how our services can address their needs
+ Preparing and presenting sales proposals, long term service agreements and master service agreements
+ Negotiating terms and closing deals with clients while ensuring profitability
+ Coordinating with Service Managers to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations
+ Participating in customer development activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote services.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Technical degree or equivalent
+ Fluent in Italian language
+ Availability to travel up to 50% of time throughout the region
+ Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Background in Matrix organizations
+ Proven sales experience, ideally in instrumentation or a related technical field
+ Experience in industrial automation environment
+ Good knowledge of similar technical products (e.g. measurement of pressure, temperature, level, measurement systems and solutions)
+ Understanding of similar industries (e.g. chemical, oil & gas, power, life science)
+ Power Bi knowledge
