Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons using the pool. The Lifeguard will monitor pool activity, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies. This role is essential to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all swimmers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pool Supervision:

Monitor pool area to ensure the safety of all patrons.  Maintain constant alertness and quickly identify potential hazards or emergencies.

2. Safety Enforcement:

 Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently and respectfully.  Educate patrons on safe swimming practices and proper pool behavior.

3. Emergency Response: 

Provide immediate assistance during emergencies, including rescues and administering CPR/First Aid as necessary.  Follow established emergency action plans and procedures.

4. Facility Maintenance: 

Inspect pool equipment and facilities for potential hazards or damage.  Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and free of obstructions.

5. Administrative Duties:

Record and report incidents, injuries, and maintenance issues.  Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

6. Customer Service:

Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all users of the pool.  Assist patrons with questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
