Summary: As a Lifeguard, you are responsible for the safety of guests to utilize the proper use of pool facilities and equipment. Monitors activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and to provide a safe and healthy aquatic environment for hotel guests. Maintains cleanliness of pool deck area and provides excellent guest service. Handles any emergencies as appropriate.

Essential Functions:

Maintains supervision of the pool, ensuring the safety of the pool area Appropriately addresses any issues, concerns, or guest violations with guests Recognizes and responds effectively to all emergencies Enforces all facility rules and regulations Maintains a clean and attractive pool environment Reports any unsafe conditions to the pool manager or lead lifeguard Performs on poolside stage with games and activities for guests Monitors fitness center as needed Performs other duties as assigned
