What you will do:

To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the pool area as per the standards laid down. Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. Realize that his/her primary role is to be of service to the guest and that their needs safety come first. Must be completely conversant with first aid life saving techniques.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management. Minimum 2 years of similar experience in large scale hospitality establishment desirable. Holder oflifeguard certification, with minimum of 1years work experience as fitness instructor or consultant. Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
