Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to support key Lifespark business lines, including Home Health, Hospice, Community Home Care and Senior Living. As a Financial Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in driving financial outcomes with the opportunity to manage a variety of high impact projects, providing valuable insights to senior leadership and guiding strategic decision-making that shapes the future direction of the Company. This is an ideal role for those looking to expand their finance skillset while making an active difference in the dynamic and fast-paced healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key liaison between finance and operations leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and regular updates on business-level KPIs Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business segment reporting, ensuring data accuracy while generating actionable insights Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that track critical business performance across departments and business units Provide financial input during contract and vendor negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives Support the month-end financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial presentations Prepare pro forma financials to support new business lines, products and strategic M&A opportunities Collaborate on ad-hoc projects as required, helping to drive efficiency and new business growth Assist with the preparation of business-segment forecasting and the annual budget process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or economics (or related field)
Skills and Expertise Advanced data manipulation and analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (including XLookup, Sumifs, Countifs, Index / Match and Pivot Tables) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Strong proficiency in financial modeling with the ability to build comprehensive financial and operational reports Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers and performance metrics Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach 2 – 3 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in a Healthcare setting, or 1 - 2 years of investment banking, transaction advisory, consulting or corporate M&A experience
