Lifestyle Coordinator (Luxury Residential)
Responsibilities As a Lifestyle Coordinator at Related Management Company (RMC), every day is an opportunity to make a big difference in someone’s life. Join us as a Lifestyle Coordinator, and see what’s possible at RMC. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, coordinate, budget, and implement resident programs, classes and special community-wide events. Solicit input and involvement from residents and/or prospects to stimulate participation and awareness of the robust and facilitated lifestyle opportunities found in our community. Oversee the scheduling and programming of all building amenities in keeping with financial goals, member needs, and physical restrictions. Oversee the amenity space reservation systems (Cobu App) making sure all reservation requests are addressed completely from request, through the event, post event damage inspections and finally billed accordingly. Conduct regular inspection walk throughs of all M Club Level spaces (interior rooms and exterior terraces), checking for supplies at the business center, cleanliness of all spaces, surfaces, furniture and fixtures. Handling any deficiencies immediately (seeking building staff assistance if needed). Review, Code and Submit invoices for recurring and one-off expenses. Track and Submit personal expenses for reimbursements. Perform weekly reservation charge audits. Perform Monthly M Club Membership audits. Perform Quarterly storage unit audits. Coordinate New Resident Orientation presentations to ensure adequate promotion of the spaces available to new residents. Coordinate on site placement of promotions for lifestyle programs from Related’s public relations, and marketing publications as assigned. Monitor email and other social media platforms responding to inquiries as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Access to an incentive bonus program and Employee Assistance Program. #LI-NG1 #RMC #LUXNYFL Qualifications A degree in recreation, hospitality, or communication fields preferred Minimum 3 years' experience in coordinating and promoting recreational activities and programs, volunteer programs and/or fund-raising events. In-depth knowledge of local businesses and entertainment venues. Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
