Role IntroductionCathay Pacific is looking for an individual to join our New York Lifestyle team in an exempt capacity. The successful individual will work with the Regional Head of Customer Travel & Lifestyle, the local Cathay Pacific team and head office to grow the lifestyle business in local market.
Please note this is a fixed contract position with an end date of December 19, 2025.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & Planning
Support Head of Lifestyle to formulate and drive business strategy to meet theagreed lifestyle objectives, support lifestyle priorities and achieve the lifestyle growth and revenue targetsMonitor and review monthly partner business performance and identify opportunities to meet strategic growth planPrepare and support internal budgeting and business reporting activities with
business analytics and insightsInitiate, design and lead promotional campaigns with marketing team and/ or
business partners to achieve revenue targetsWork closely with Cathay related departments to develop business propositions and maximize revenue and long-term growth opportunities
Lifestyle Partnerships
Help to develop local partnerships under the key lifestyle pillars, including payment, holidays, shopping, wellness and dining according to the region’s lifestyle objective to provide a network of partners to engage Cathay members through accrual and redemption propositionsEnsure backend contracting and documentation is prepared on time and with 100% accuracySupport regular business activities including business reporting, business presentations preparation, communication and coordination with stakeholdersManage relationship with partners and support operational requirements including commercial term negotiation, responding to partner enquiries, entering contractsand other partner related monthly billing servicing requirementsNegotiate commercial offers for marketing promotion and campaigns to increase awareness of local partner propositionsRedemption & Rewards
Build awareness of usage of lifestyle redemption platforms including Cathay Shop and travel awards platformWork with relevant teams to support any local activities and set it up on therespective redemption platforms to drive members engagement or activation
Coordination with Local Team
Work with local Cathay Pacific teams including digital sales, marketing and business development to expand Cathay’s travel and lifestyle propositions to local marketsLegal Compliance
Work with legal team in headquarters and local legal counsel to operate the lifestyle business with compliance to local business and legal requirements, and facilitate the application of necessary licenses if neededE&A
Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as requiredRequirementsAcademic Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is requiredKnowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the field of marketing, loyalty, banking or corporate strategy Background in marketing, ecommerce, banking, or loyalty is an advantage Strong commercial mindset with good understanding of loyalty and rewardsExcellent communication and problem solving skillsGood marketing sense, good grasp and understanding of consumer insights.Good team player and strong interpersonal skills, creative, dynamic and innovativeIndependent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlineAdditional Requirements

The estimated salary range for this role is $72,960 to $109,320 per year. Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
