Start, stop, and adjust the speed of lifts via lift controls. Assist skiers on and off the lift and instruct them in safety procedures. Observe skiers loading/unloading lifts to ensure they are safely seated, and safety bars are secure where applicable. Always keep corral and terminal areas clean and orderly while ensuring safety procedures are followed. Perform snow maintenance on ramps, terminal area, corral, and other areas as needed. Assist in daily lift inspection. Gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of The Highlands at Harbor Springs to function as an information source for guests. Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, welcoming, and giving guests a great experience.
