Summary
Position Highlights:
The lift technician transfers and repositions patients utilizing appropriate equipment and in accordance with Moffitt's mission, vision and values.
The Ideal Candidate
2 years or more years of direct patient care experience Experience with complex/dependent patient lifts/transfers Experience in utilization of lift equipmentResponsibilities:
Inventory, clean and maintain lift equipment; remove from service if in need of repair
Document through daily reporting Assist with education and training Creating reports/documentation on computerCredentials and Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Experience with complex/ dependent patient lifts/ transfers Demonstrated computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment BLS Certification
