**Responsibilities & Duties** + Collaborate with Sales and the customer to understand their technical requirements and provide optimal, tailored solutions. + Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop and implement effective solutions. + Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. + Partner with Sales Reps to build & maintain client relationships + Ensure seamless communication with sales and clients to meet and exceed client needs. + Review and comply with specifications and RFQ information + Development of conceptual solution to meet the clients’ needs + Development of overall budget and project timeline through collaboration with engineering + Consult and interact with vendors for proper equipment selection (technically) to satisfy client needs. + Prepare technical content for quotations (budgets, documentation and proposal) + Continuous interaction with Sales & client post proposal submittal to provide technical clarifications, inclusive of site visits as required + Comply with all ISO-9001 requirements + Moderate physical effort.
