What you’ll do
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience Source and attract top talent using innovative sourcing techniques and employer branding initiatives Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies Focus on understanding the complexity and processes of a large corporation to navigate hiring efficiently The office location: Berlin or Walldorf
What you bring
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR-related roles Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools Fluency in both German and English (mandatory) Experience in a tech environment is a plus but not a must Passion for innovation and improving recruitment processes

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
