**LIMS Consultant/ Developer - REMOTE** IT Tucson, AZ, US Pay Rate Low: 36.06 | Pay Rate High: 52.88 + Added - 22/02/2025 Apply for Job **_NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY_** _If you are looking for a REMOTE opportunity and have a desire to travel to different client sites in the life sciences industry, this is a great opportunity for you!_ **_This role requires experience with healthcare information systems, writing SQL queries, and programming languages._** **Pay:** $75k-$110k **Type of Job:** Direct Hire **What’s in it for you:** + Health and wellness benefits + 401k and stock incentive programs + PTO and Parental Leave + Tuition assistance **LIMS Consultant/ Developer responsibilities** : + Consult pre-sale and post-sale with key stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with contracted customer expectations + Conduct implementations/upgrades demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of department procedures and guidelines  + Guide the client in their decision-making to achieve maximum efficiency using best practice recommendations + Conduct training for the client as part of the overall implementation/upgrade process + Provide input to process improvements by monitoring both client and departmental feedback + Travel to client sites to install software products following department procedures and guidelines + Maintain a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship + Resolve project issues or determine when escalation to senior staff or management is required + Collaborates with and mentors other Professional Services Consultants to expand own and others' depth & breadth of product knowledge + Effectively organize and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely completion of projects assigned + Complete other projects as assigned **LIMS Consultant/ Developer experience/qualifications** : + Bachelor of Science in Healthcare or Information Technology or related degree + 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences/Pharma, Clinical/Public Health, Environmental Science or Toxicology Laboratory + Five years’ experience with healthcare information systems or software products + Three years of experience writing SQL queries (Oracle DB knowledge preferred) + Three years of experience with report development (Telerik, Actuate, Crystal) + 1+ years’ experience with programming languages + One year of experience working in a consulting or implementation environment **_We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
