**Job Title: 4th Shift Line Attendant** **Job Description** Line Attendants will be responsible for operations in Grated, Shred, Deli, Wedge, and Box departments and will be cross-trained in each. Responsibilities include inspections, packaging, loading and unloading raw material into packaging machines, and sanitation. This role requires working in a cleanroom environment where no nail polish, jewelry, fake nails, etc. are allowed on the production floor. The shift schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6am to 6pm. Employees will work 36 hours and be paid for 36 hours. **Responsibilities** + Operate in Grated, Shred, Deli, Wedge, and Box departments + Perform inspections and packaging tasks + Load and unload raw material into packaging machines + Ensure sanitation standards are maintained + Palletize and inspect products + Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed + Adhere to GMP standards **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor + Knowledge of cleanroom protocols + Packaging and inspection skills + Palletizing and machine operation proficiency + Forklift operation + Understanding of GMP standards **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior food experience is a plus but not required **Why Work Here?** This position offers an opportunity for contract workers to convert to full-time employees based on strong attendance and performance, provided there are available positions after 90 days. **Work Environment** The role is based in the Whey Converting facility, where liquid is removed from the curd of cheese to process cheese blocks. The area is warmer as the curd is pasteurized and processed through centrifuge machines and evaporation equipment. The dress code includes wearing a hair net, beard net, and steel-toed shoes. Absolutely no earrings, fake nails, jewelry, or permanent piercings are allowed on the production floor. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $20.05 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
