**Job Title: Machine Helper - Cheese Shredding Line** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our cheese shredding line as machine helpers. In this role, you will be responsible for loading cheese blocks onto a table, feeding them into the shredding machine, and packaging the shredded cheese. This position requires repetitive work and physical labor, ideal for those with a consistent work history in similar environments. **Responsibilities** + Load cheese blocks onto the table and feed them into the cheese shredding machine. + Scoop shredded cheese into film packaging and load it into boxes. + Lift filled boxes onto pallets for storage and transportation. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow all safety and operational procedures. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of consistent work history in packaging, warehouse, or similar labor-intensive jobs. + Experience with repetitive tasks and physical labor. + Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform manual tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** Our company is expanding in the South Milwaukee area, offering high-paying opportunities for the required work. The dress code requires closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. All necessary PPE and uniforms, including hair nets, beard nets, shoe covers, smocks, bump caps, and gloves, are supplied. No jewelry, fake/long nails, or fake eyelashes are permitted.
