As a Line Cook, you’ll bring the heat, the hustle, and the attention to detail that keeps our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll work alongside a supportive culinary team to deliver high-quality food with speed, precision, and pride.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Emmy standardsWork clean and organized in a high-volume kitchenFollow recipes, portioning, and presentation specs consistentlyMaintain food safety and sanitation standards at all timesSupport your teammates and communicate clearly during service

What You Bring:

Kitchen experience in a fast-paced, scratch-cook environmentStrong work ethic and team-first attitudeSolid knife skills and ability to follow recipesComfort with high-volume service and time-sensitive executionA desire to learn and grow in a supportive kitchen culture
