Line Cook/Kitchen Assistant

Part time or Full time.

This team member will be responsible for the following  needs:

 Preparing all food items for Parlay Lounge  Maintaining standard kitchen cleanliness throughout the duration of your shift  Completing all dish washing during shift

 In addition to all of the above, the team member is expected to notify the Food and Beverage Manager of when product is running low, maintain organization of the kitchen, and assist with putting away food deliveries twice a week.

Job Requirements:

- At least two years cooking or kitchen experience

- Open availability

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment

- Able to lift 25 to 40 lbs. to shoulder level
