Hiring for Line Cook position

Payrate: 24.95$/hour

Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare food according to recipes and directions.Assist with food production, including cooking duties.Participate in food preparation and portioning by cutting and cleaning fruits, vegetables, and proteins using knives and cutting machines.Produce food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events.Follow production sheets, portioning, and merchandising details as instructed by management.Adhere to all recipes and guidelines while meeting production deadlines.Ensure consistent quality in all product items.Taste all prepared food to ensure flavor, freshness, and quality.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station.Maintain kitchen equipment.Follow proper rotation and storage of goods, including proper labeling, stocking of ingredients, and FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.
