Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: + Prepares all food items according to recipe cards and correct handling procedures\. Maintains the highest quality\. + Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times\. + Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner\. + Ensure knowledge of menu and food products + Stock and maintain designated food stations\(s\) + Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen\. + Practice correct food handling and storage procedures according to federal, state, local, and company regulations\. + Provide support to the front of the house by responding to guests' questions and/or concerns about menu items\. \. **What are we looking for?** + 1\-2 years of cook experience preferred, preferably in a high\-volume restaurant in a hotel environment\. + Have a positive "can\-do" attitude and be part of a team\. + Will need to work independently at times and be able to remain calm during busy shifts\. + Must be able to work evening shifts from 2 PM on up and on weekends, + Good communication skills and must be able to read/write in English\.
