In this position, you'll be an integral part of the team, performing a variety of tasks such as moving aircraft, assisting with flight line duties, etc\. **What you'll be doing as Line Crew** + Detail aircraft with general supervision and apply protective coatings\. + Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual inspections on all ground support equipment\. + Move aircraft to meet schedule and department requirements\. + Assist with flight line duties \(ex\. removing main rotor blades from aircraft\)\. + Perform incoming inspections on aircraft and applying protective coverings\. + Perform regular inspections on the fueling equipment\. + Perform routine inspections on overhead hoists\. + Move loose equipment and aircraft cowlings\. + Move parts with a tractor\. + Clean aircraft hangars\. + Assist Logistics team with packing and wrapping of aircraft for shipment\. + Perform a variety of facilities related tasks throughout the day to include painting, drywall, and other building maintenance\. + Perform weekly fire system tests as required\. + Assist with transportation needs as needed, to include operating company truck and a variety of vehicles and equipment\. + Clean hangar floors and maintain shop floor appearance\. + Additional duties as assigned\. **Qualifications** **Skills You Bring To this Role** + Close attention to detail and ability to follow instructions \(both written and verbal\)\. + Able to work well with others in a team environment\. + Preferred: Auto detailing experience\. Familiarity with aircraft and/ or flight line operations\. **What you need to be successful** + High School Diploma or GED + Generally up to 1 year manufacturing experience, or general mechanical aptitude\. Additional experience is a plus\. **Physical Requirements** + Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs\., and to team lift up to 50 lbs\. + Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands\. + Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shift\. + Excellent hand\-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools\. + Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks\. + Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects\. + Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues\. + Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed\. **What we offer you in return** + 80 hours of Personal Time Off \(PTO\) + 120 hours Vacation time + 12\-13 paid holidays per year + 6 weeks parental leave + Tuition reimbursement + Competitive salary + Comprehensive health insurance + On\-site Bell Piney Flats fitness center \(employees only\) + Access to Employee Resource Groups + And so much more\.
