Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently seeking a motivated Line Lead to join our team! As a Line Lead you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity through a hands-on approach. Specifically, the role focuses on training operators and laborers to set up, operate, and tend to plating tanks on Line 36 as well as use our internal ERP system to track job progress. Position Overview: + Lead Plating Line 36, ensuring employees remain on task with high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards. + Monitor production schedules to ensure job targets are met. + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. + Ensure all team members have the necessary supplies and tools to complete their jobs efficiently and plan ahead to ensure there are no gaps in production and/or down time. + Review and interpret detailed work order instructions to guide the team in accurately masking parts according to specifications. + Ensure work orders are followed meticulously to maintain high-quality standards. + Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications. + Provide training for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. + Identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies in the plating processes. + Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and continuous improvement. + Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. + Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications : + Education : + High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred. + Experience: + Relevant experience in metal finishing, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
