We are seeking an experienced and transformative Feature Integration and Test Operations Line Manager to lead our efforts in designing and delivering innovative 5G RAN features on Cloud Platform. As a Line Manager for vDU Feature Integration and Test Operations team, you will:
Lead the Team: Lead and develop a team of integrators, setting goals and providing support for their professional growth.Develop Testing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies to validate new features and integrations.Oversee Execution: Supervise the execution of test plans and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth integration.Enhance Processes: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate: Work closely and collaborate with program managers, solution package drivers and other teams to address integration challenges and drive quality improvements.

Be a proven leader with a vision and a can-do attitude to make things happen!Have a passion for identifying new ways of working (Lean, Agile & Beyond), organizing, and driving R&D efficiency.Look for ways to do things differently, but not forgetting the strength of Ericsson. You drive and embrace innovation and change with a collaborative mentality.Knowledge about cloud-native development and a proven ability to interact with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
You will bring:
Education: Degree / post-graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software developmentDomain experience: Experience in developing 4G / 5G RAN features with strong focus in test and integration areaPrevious experience working with Cloud Technologies and Radio development as a leader would be an asset
