**Job Description**
Danfoss Climate Solutions, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning is looking for a Line Quality Engineer for our Early Launch Center who is detail-oriented and motivated by applying technical skills and knowledge to quality methodologies to ensure high-quality standards.
You will become part of a team consisting of nine skilled and committed colleagues, where you will support daily operations on both automated and manual production lines while collaborating closely with the New Product Development team. It will be your responsibility to drive quality-focused initiatives such as problem solving using 8D and general RCPS methodology and provide valuable input to key processes such as PFMEA, control plans, MSA.
Your workplace will be in our factory in Nordborg, Denmark.
**Job Responsibilities**
As our new Line Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality standards for newly launched products and processes by analyzing and identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional project teams. You will act as a key link between customer feedback, manufacturing- and NPD teams, ensuring effective and data driven problem solving and optimizations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
+ Driving root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to resolve quality issues originating internally or from customers.
+ Ensuring robust systems are in place to prevent non-conforming products from reaching the market by proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
+ Supporting the development and execution of Control Plans, PFMEAs, SPC, and related quality tools.
+ Ensuring high quality standards are present and followed on the shopfloor, by actively engaging with the people on the shopfloor and participating in the internal shopfloor audit program.
You will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with customer-specific requirements and the RAC-QMS while fostering a collaborative, quality-focused work environment across manufacturing operations and project initiatives.
**Background & Skills**
To be considered for this role, you should have the following:
+ An engineering background or other relevant technical education.
+ 3-5 years of experience with technical analysis and root cause analysis.
+ It will be beneficial if you are a Certified Auditor within ISO 9001 and familiar with Six Sigma (Green Belt), IATF 16949 and SAP.
+ Expertise within quality tools including 8D, Fault Tree Analysis, Gemba walks, and 5 Whys.
+ Preferably, you have experience in an automotive environment.
+ You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Danish skills will be an advantage.

You are quality-minded and have a structured and methodical approach to solving problems. Moreover, you communicate effortlessly with people at all levels and work well in a diverse environment.
