Job Description

We are looking for a Line Quality Engineer with experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, preferably in quality control, failure analysis, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and possess strong knowledge of quality and production processes

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Coordinate plant start-up activities, ensuring production processes meet quality standards. (PQP) Ensure the production line is properly calibrated and identify any process misalignments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality issues during start-up.: Oversee and ensure adherence to established quality procedures. Monitor key quality indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with standards. Implement and improve inspection processes and functional testing. Non-Conformance Management and Problem Resolution: Identify and report non-conformities or deviations in production processes, taking corrective actions. Coordinate and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions. Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and product quality. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Prepare and present periodic quality reports to management. Participate in production planning meetings and evaluate quality risks in projects or process changes.

Professional Experience: At least 3 years in quality engineering in production lines. Quality control methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.). International standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). Internal audits and documentation control. Quality analysis tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, root cause analysis, etc.).
