It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **Job Description** As Line Scheduler, you'll be responsible to create production plans maximizing the organization's resources, meeting the objectives of volume, cost, waste and quality. **What You’ll Do:** + Create production schedules maximizing company resources + Plan and execute the cyclical inventory schedule in the different locations. + Copackers KPI´s monitoring. + Rotate materials based in FIFO. + Ensure that the ERP system has the correct information on each movement between locations. + Ensure production in Copackers, which represents 35% of the annual volume for Mexico (Annual Volume 700M pc). + Manage more than 19M Euros in packaging and raw materials per Month. In Average (17.1M in Raw Material / 1.9M in Packaging Material) + Management of more than 1,300 different materials. 400 Raw Materials. 900 Packaging Materials. + In charge of the administration of more than 4,500 pallet positions in the internal and external warehouse. **Projects You’ll Work On:** + Ensure the on time manufacturing in each copacker + Guarantee optimal inventory levels according with the cost objectives. + Define strategies to eliminate inventory differences. + Create strategies for the flow of materials. + Define the volume and products to be produced in each copacker + Define the convenient quantities to keep in inventory in each location. + Define the action plan to minimize the inventory discrepancies + Define priorities for materials flow **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Administration, Supply Chain) + Experience at Materials management in industries with high production volumes, analysis of causes of inventory discrepancies, inventory management, savings implementation, external warehouse management. + Planning Experience + Knowledge of 3PL + Leadership + Teamwork + Results-focused work + Excel + ERP Management (Oracle or SAP). + Intermediate - Advance level of English BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
