**Overview**
M Health Fairview is looking for a **Linen Worker** at our Fairview **UMMC - East Bank** location, in **Minneapolis, MN** .
**Location** : UMMC East Bank, located in Minneapolis
**Hours** : 32 hours biweekly, with every other weekend dedication
**Shift** : Day
**Schedule**
**Week 1:**
Tue: 5:00am - 1:30pm
Sat: 5:00am - 1:30pm
Sun: 5:00am - 1:30pm
**Week 2:**
Fri: 5:00am - 1:30pm

**Responsibilities Job Description**
+ Collect soiled linens from designated areas throughout the facility.
+ Transport soiled linens to the laundry room for processing.
+ Sort clean linens according to type, size, and department.
+ Fold and package linens neatly and according to established standards.
+ Deliver clean linens to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
+ Stock linen carts and shelves with clean linens as needed.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room and linen storage areas.
+ Assist with inventory management, including counting and restocking linens.
+ Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Must be at least 16 years of age.
**Preferred Qualifications & Other Required Skills:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
+ Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
