Candidates should have experience with high performance clustering, as well as the following skills! Top Skills Details Red Hat Linux, high performance computing, System administrator, Red Hat, Scripting, clustering Additional Skills & Qualifications Specific Deliverables: Candidate will be responsible for standing up and administrating two high-performance computing clusters at the Pantex Plant. This will include installing an operating system based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux as well as the necessary networking required to have the corresponding systems be accessible over the enterprise unclassified and classified networks. The operating systems will need to be configured to meet various Pantex and DoE/DoD requirements. A variety of national-lab made software packages will need to be installed on the systems and validated. If there's no experience with working on high performance clusters, the candidate will be expected to travel to DAs to converse with their cluster experts.
