The Liquid Shipments Analyst is responsible for carrying out the specific activities of the Microbiology laboratory in a timely manner, but not restricted to: processing and delivering results of finished product samples and all those samples that have been required for a specific event. They are responsible for supervising and following up on the Liquid shipping processes. Their objective is to guarantee that the products are sent according to the established deadlines, complying with the client's documentary requirements, and resolving any eventuality that may arise during the logistics process.

 

Key responsibilities include: 

Monitor compliance with the production plan for product outputs. Support compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Monitor the taking and delivery of samples for quality analysis.            Record each of your activities related to microbiological analyses carried out within the laboratory in the corresponding records. Upload all microbiological results in time to the SAP system. Comply with good laboratory practices. Collaboration in activities for compliance with the laboratory management system. Upload all microbiological results in time to the SAP system.  

About you:

 

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology or similar. At least 1 year of experience performing microbiology analysis. Knowledge of administrative programs (Excel, Word, Windows). Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
